Developed and administered an operating and capital budget in excess of $100 million dollars and responsible for over 34 facilities and programs at various sites throughout the United States.\nImplemented a number of efficiencies and operational/management improvements resulting in significant savings as well as earning industry’s top accreditation at a number of program sites.\nOngoing Leadership Development with Program Administrators through weekly conference calls

Developed and administered an annual operating budget in excess of $50 million dollars and 800 employees at a number of sites.\nEliminated a $3.5 million dollar operations budget deficit 7 months after assuming the position.\nImplemented the first ever Strategic Plan for this organization setting out mission statement
