Professor Vatamanu makes sure that you're always comfortable and is really laid back and a smart man. The class work is really just so you can get a feel for Mechanical Engineering Technology, it's not hard. In class we would watch videos, check out some engineering equipment and do some small easy projects, like CAD. It's an easy class, I recommend taking it.

Most of our classes involved a power-point presentation, discussion and examples of the subject matter and a group presentation related to our field which is engineering with groups arranged by table. Asking questions and giving perspectives during lectures is often welcome in his class.

There was little warning or even explanation given on projects and class was somewhat unstructured. However he is willing to help you out with a specific concern and most assignments were pretty easy.

He will thorough explain the lessons and make sure that everyone gets there questioned answered. His homework has no actual due date just make sure it is done. If given an opportunity to take his class again I will surely do. Overall, he is a great professor.

Prof. Vatamanu is an awesome professor. He will work with you outside of class if you have any questions and is very easy going. If you show up in class, he will help you pass and learn the material. He isn't very strict on due dates and goes with the flow of the class to allow us to choose how we practice the material.

I took Professor Vatamanu for OSM at CSU. I can say that he's the most understanding professor, but also really wants his students to learn the subject he's teaching. Overall, he's the best processor that I've ever had and I do recommend his class.
