Administer a Federal technology grant (yearly budget of approximately $375,000) with the goal of improving student success and retention through the integration of educational technology into course curriculum. Recruit, hire, train, manage, and evaluate a staff of course designers, programmers, and trainers who provide instructional design, training, and support for faculty.
