    Lessons learned: Learned something new (related to people and subject) every day. Each new day presents opportunities for improvement and lessons to be learned. The best teachers love their subject and appreciate the struggle to learn. Communication is multi-directional with multiple media and follow-up. Lessons learned: Passing college level courses does not mean you can teach them. Bench strength is vital to building a world class “pit crew.”
