  This presentation begins by introducing and defining the basics of strategic thinking

  understanding its concepts clearly and then discovering why strategic thinking is useful. Along the way

  we will see how strategic thinking is a great skill to have; it links with creating a good strategy as well as acting upon it. Although a question and answer slide along with discussion presents in the middle of the presentation

  questions are welcome during any slide while we are addressing an issue. Later on

  I will explain what a business leader can do to introduce strategic thinking into an organization

  the actions one would take to initiate strategic thinking into work and how others have learned about strategic thinking and continuously build upon it. We will also look at some professionals and their experiences in developing and enhancing strategic thinking and see how they advanced and learned. Then we will look at possible recommendations followed by a review of some main points. Finally

  I will provide a handout stating some recommendations to help you get started

  along with a reference sheet from which I either derived this advice or led me to these ideas. This Works Cited sheet listing references may also be useful if you want to read more. In the end

  it is hopeful that you will see and envision a future utilizing strategic thinking and the more that you work with it

  the greater your clarity of thinking strategically becomes.
