So far, her class and Prof. Rozwadowski are my favorites. She loves nutrition a lot and she is very interesting. She gives so many opportunities to boost your mark with basically 20% worth of extra credit type stuff. Material is interesting but quite heavy so you really have to study it. I feel like going to class is mandatory to pass. She's amazing as well!
