Poor

While Professor O'Neill is nice as a person, she really shouldn't be teaching bio 211. She can't explain things at all, and the tests are way too difficult for the amount of info you get out of her. The majority of what you learn is from the lab and she always goes off topic. You also can't see her outside of class anywhere.
