    I guide strategic insight and action on the division's top priorities through rigorous research

    analysis and planning. Responsibilities include using research to identify new avenues for growth and opportunities for continuous improvement

    leading strategic and annual planning processes

    and otherwise supporting growth initiatives in the division

    notably those that produce incremental revenues. My role also builds a culture of data-driven decision-making by establishing an information strategy

    partnering within and outside the division to map strategy execution

    and establishing division-wide propensity toward benchmarking and analytics. I bring a growth mindset

    results-oriented approach

    keen awareness of the internal and external environment

    and a commitment to seeing expansively

    and working tactically to the position.
