  Graduate Teaching Assistant

  Instruction of German 101, 102, and 201, as well as a 300 level discussion course. Curriculum was developed in a team and a high level of care went into research and academic work.

• Transylvania University

  Lead Tour Guide

  • Supervised a staff of 20 Tour Guides, which included scheduling, training, delegating and performance evaluation.
  • Promote Transylvania and be the first entry point to effectively communicate with potential students and parents about the admissions process.
  • Helped facilitate communication between the Office of Admissions, the students and the Designated School Official.

  Admissions Ambassador

  • Promote the Transylvania experience to prospective students and their parents as an engaged, helpful and polite current member of the campus community.
  • Giving campus tours, hosting overnight students and assisting in other clerical and technical duties.
  
  During this time I was instrumental in the creation of a new YouTube video series, helped with guiding prospective international students through the visa and arrival process, as well as created digital material for visitors.
