Professor Sivils is great. He made early American Literature very fun to learn. He has a great sense of humor and was very reasonable about his exam and quiz structure. He's one of the best professors I've had in the English department.

Prof. Sivils was probably my favorite from the past sem! His lectures are very interesting and he makes class entertaining. You'll have to do lots of readings, but that's normal for a lit class. I would definitely want to take his class again.
