Good

Professor Heatong's lecture is moving quickly. All you need is the slide book of the lecture in his class. He is super test oriented he tells you exactly of what are the principles and type of the questions that he will be giving on the exam. He will provide the reviewers in class and he is truly a funny guy.

Awesome

Prof. Heaton doesn't consume the entire period to help you do homework and get help from him. He informs you about everything that will be on the tests and he review for his tests. Some of my friends struggled with their professor, while I didn't have a problem with Mr. Heaton. Get extra credit for attending class and go to reviews.

Awesome

Dr. Heaton does everything he can to help, but it is very hard and fast paced. He can be kind, funny and inspiring with his prayers before exams. Class would end early so that the 'naturals' could leave and the rest of us could stay and ask questions. Gives attendance points. The Stat Tutor Launchpad videos did help, but the lesson Notebook was absolutely vital. Visit his office and assigned/open labs. You can do it!

Prof. Heaton is an amazing stats professor! He makes lectures as interesting as stats can be. He explained the material well even though we do not use the entire class hours. You do not have to buy the textbook, just the class notes. After each lecture, he gives quizzes that are pretty easy. I only studied for 2 hours and I was able to top for the final and get a 94%. This was a super easy GE class!

Awesome

He's a teacher in the Stats course at BYU and really hopes his students do well. The lessons he teaches is hard. However, the way he explains it makes it seem less scary and something you can actually do. He's the best teacher I've ever had in this university.
