Experienced Assistant Professor with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. Strong education professional skilled in Presentation Delivery, Assessment, Statistical Data Analysis, Research Design, Public Speaking, Project Management, and Psychology Knowledge Base.

I earned my M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in behavioral neuroscience from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, completing coursework in psychology and biology. During this time, I accrued knowledge in behavioral research, cellular assays, research design, statistical analysis and interpretation, and presentation delivery.

In my current position as an Assistant Professor at Mount Mary University, I teach diverse course topics in psychology, supervise directed research, serve on numerous university committees, mentor undergraduate students, and engage in community outreach. What I love most about my work is making a meaningful impact for others while I grow personally and professionally. I am committed to creating environments that embrace knowledge and data, foster cooperation and ingenuity, and encourage professional development and leadership.

Outside of the office, I spend my (precious) free time getting outdoors, tending my garden, traveling to new destinations, reading the next book on my list, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, quieting my mind with yoga and meditation, and enjoying the company of family and dear friends.
