Professor Karwowski was a good teacher. I took college algebra. I recommend that you make sure you know what you were doing in intermediate algebra. She assumes you know a lot of things from intermediate by heart. Tests are taken in testing center. You'll pass the class by paying attention and staying off your phone.

Professor Karwowski is the worst teacher of my life! I have NEVER gotten an F before her! She will continually make mistakes and she has no idea what she is doing. She will test you on stuff that you never even learned in class. And if you don't pass the tests, you will basically fail the class. I wish she would just teach exactly what was on the tests! I didn't learn anything in this class.

Professor Karwowski cares about her students and will put effort into helping her students pass. However I wouldn't recommend this class if you're not a great test taker, since 87% of the class is graded by quizzes and tests. This class made me really stress and work, Math has never been my strongest subject.
