Awful

Prof. Krause doesn't seem to know what she's doing. Despite her PhD in dairy nutrition, she doesn't know what biochemistry is. She doesn't even make her own quizzes, exams, etc. If you study Barne's old exams, you'll probably do better than going to her class. You'll only be seeing her point at figures in class and learn nothing at all.

Poor

Prof. Krause wasn't the best choice for biochem. In a short amount of time, she went over a lot of material, so it was hard to tell what was important to know for the exams. Fortunately, I had copies of her old exams so I was able to get a decent grade. Textbook wasn't mandatory but it was honestly more helpful than her lectures.
