  • Was part of the LCAD team assisting the growth of the private college from 60+ students (customers) to over 500 annually and increasing financial growth from approx. $480

  000 gross to approx. $13

  000 gross.\n• Managed and promoted Sculpture program's social media increasing public participation by 700% by attracting new participants and tapping personal resources which included industry professionals and established fine artists as well as expanded inclusion of students and alumni and potential new students (customers).\n• Promoted various LCAD programs and assisted the Admissions team and the Development team in meeting their goals. Worked as an \"ambassador\" at every opportunity.\n• Instructed sculpture and 3D courses with students from Foundation level through MFA.\n• Wrote Curriculum for courses that I taught and led the team in writing the Sculpture Major proposal and curriculum and was part of the team that created and implemented the sculpture minor and sculpture hybrid programs and later wrote the proposal for an improved sculpture hybrid designed to meet the changing needs of the Sculpture and the drawing/painting programs.
