Awful

I wouldn't recommend Prof. Mohseni. His teaching style is very disorganized and hard to understand. His powerpoints and responses are very chaotic as well. It was not an easy A or B, but at least first half is a review of other classes. Pretty sure he's a good person, but he isn't someone who'd help you learn.
