    PERCEIVED FACTORS INFLUENCING ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING ON THE MANAGEMENT OF A PHOENIX FIRM

    The ERP implementation from the management perspective for the firm located in Phoenix is not working and the company is not receiving expected outcome (Adam

    2010; Zarzycka

    2012). The purpose of this study was to explore the perceived factors in the implementation of ERP system from IT professionals and administrators in a Phoenix company. One central research question and three sub-questions guided this study. The central question was: What are the critical factors in the implementation of ERP system in a Phoenix company? Fifteen participants of phoenix firm participated in the study and they shared their experiences about the CSFs for the successful implementation of ERP. NVivo 11® software was employed for data analysis. Five major themes emerged: training

    protection of investment

    CSFs

    expected outcome

    and time consuming. Based on the findings

    IT leaders should use various CSFs and these CSFs are upper management pledge and care

    and training. Recommendations or suggestions for CSFs in regards to ERP implementation for management in Phoenix firm have been discussed. Recommendations for future researchers include changes of the broadening range of participants
