He is qualified and enthusiastic. His lectures are abstract. He forgets to turn slides. He would go off on tangents. He would tell you that the whole lecture was not going to be on the exam. When I stopped going to lectures, my grades improved dramatically.

Good

Professor Finn was a super cool teacher. However, the class was very hard. The homework will take hours to do since it involves a super deep understanding. There were three exams and a final. What amazed me was one exam gets dropped. There's also an extra credit project worth a lot of points which has a great impact on our grades. I recommend that you definitely go to office hours if you need some help.
