I'm not really into theology, however Professor O'Connell made this class an interesting one. He gets a bad reputation of being a difficult professor. But as long as you participate a reasonable amount in class, you genuinely study for two tests and put a solid effort into the papers then you should be good. Bonus thing is that he tells hilarious stories.

I really wanted to like the class of Professor O'Connell because he's very passionate. However, class discussion felt meaningless or tangential. He's a harsh grader when it comes to papers or participation. This led me putting in a disproportionate level of work in class. Also, he wears at least four colors everyday.
