Awful

I am writing this review before registration to warn students about taking him. He is scatter-brained. He can't even answer questions about philosophy and he has a ridiculous attendance policy. He'll ruin your love for philosophy. Please do not take him.

Awful

Professor Higgins is scatter brained as best, he always forgets the point he was trying to make or where he was going with a story that wasn't even relevant in the first place. He is definitely one on the campus' weaker teachers. Not sure who thought he was a good hire, but they were sadly mistaken. Youtube and Google will teach you what he doesn't.

Poor

Dr. Higgins is a wonderful guy, but like the other reviews, he is very unorganized with his lectures and notes. Its confusing and difficult to keep up with his lectures & notes on board because he writes all over and sometimes not in order. The only positive thing was that he gave us study guides for the midterm& test.
