    Responsible for providing a crisis screening to client at location requested within 90 minutes of initial CARES call. As part of the assessment, the Crisis Worker must assess risk, presenting problem, social history, self-care habits, and family system. Intake forms and appropriate releases must also be completed. Responsible for networking with collaterals on behalf of crisis/active clients, for facilitation of level of care determined.
