The syllabus is intense: She is kind, You'll be given everything you need, She will give you everything you need, The service-learning project will expand your horizons, Treat the class like a challenge to conquer and you'll be better for it, Trust that to succeed between the lectures, instructions, guides, and tutorials.

Awesome

Professor Cox is kin, caring, and incredibly smart. She truly cares about her students and she is a wonderful teacher. Even though I'm not into philosophy, she made the class interesting. You do have to read a lot and work your butt off in her class. It is a LOT of homework, papers, and reading, so I would not take it with a heavy load.

Average

This class requires lots of time and work. There is two discussion boards due each week and a reading assignment to go with every discussion board. Tests consist of 25 multiple choice questions and two essays, and you only have two hours! Her grading method is difficult to understand. She would give me a "great" or "excellent", but the actual grade never matched that.
