Hello Everyone,

I am excited about connecting, sharing ideas, and inspiring each other to “Be the Change we want to see in the World.” My purpose is to empower leaders to reach their maximum potential. I enjoy helping organization improve the quality of services they provide. I am a motivator and change agent. I work as a college instructor, mentor, trainer and public speaker. Leadership in education is one of my areas of expertise. I believe that "leader" is not a position or title it is a lifestyle one lives. The services I provide are related to leadership development, team building, professional development plans, quality improvement plans and program management. This can be in the form of consultations, an ongoing coaching relationship, classes, trainings or workshops.

My philosophy regarding education and public speaking is to deliver information to people in a way that will be able to retain and apply it to their current context. During all of my classes, presentations, coaching sessions and workshops the goal is to create a safe atmosphere of respect that welcomes diverse perspectives. An atmosphere where genuine dialogue thrives and everyone contributes to the learning experience.
I create a forward-thinking environment that challenges participants to exceed expectations. I am able to deliver all topics in a variety of formats keynote, workshops, seminars, retreats and will skillfully adapt and customize presentations to fit your organization’s needs. Attendees come to my events prepared to be inspired.

If you are ready to empowered and reinvigorated to rise to the next level of your success in leadership, education, child and adult interactions as well as build a stronger team contact me. I truly look forward to hearing from you today. So don’t hesitate to share information or ask me for information. If you are member of my network that means you ready to make a change in the world.

I am thrilled to be a part of your success.

La'Kisha
