    Childrens Book Author/ Writer/Illustrator

I'm currently working on a series of books using anthropomorphic animals in reworkings of cultural classics. The manuscripts use rhyming quatrains and slightly elevated vocabulary coupled with richly rendered illustrations.

    Current titles:

"Armadillo Buckaroo" -the story of a day in the life of a cowboy starring a bronco bustin' armadillo.

"The Ballad of Tex Rex" -a slight retelling of "High Noon".

"Tyranno De Bergerac" -a take on "Cyrano De Bergerac", with a "proboscically endowed" dinosaur in the title role.

"Oh, Hindenblimp..." - a minor retelling of the last flight of the Hindenburg with environmental overtones.

"The Penguin's Progress" (WIP) - An anthropomorphic coming of age morality tale.

"The Dragon with the Girl Tattoo" (WIP) - Who really controls your dreams?
