    000 grant initiative to strengthen the communications program at Bennett College. I was responsible for implementing a curriculum update for the JMS department which consisted of overhauling course descriptions

    adding/eliminating courses

    bringing the major credit hours inline with peer institutions

    and creating a flexible minor course offering curriculum. \nOversaw the renovation of a multipurpose broadcast/photography studio within the JMS department. Updated technology equipment throughout the program with new Apple desktop computer labs

    and obtained the Adobe editing suite. Helped to create an annual film festival on the campus

    and several other media related programs that helped the department and college increase notoriety in the community. Forged relationships with media and other companies to foster opportunities for students and the college.
