Justin O’Connell is a recruiter and business development specialist who partners with organizations to diagnose problems and align solutions for issues they face. After spending nearly a decade working in business development, education, and IT while consulting with over 200 organizations, Justin knows what it truly takes to attain organizational goals – and it is not the next flashy product. It is how well you connect with the people you are trying to help and communicate your understanding back to them.

Justin has landed coverage in broadcast and print outlets, including NPR and local newspapers. He has regularly presented at conferences in Arizona and across the nation. In addition to his extensive business development experience and public speaking, Justin volunteers as an associate board member with Teach For America - Phoenix and serves as a board member on the Phoenix Chamber of Commerce's Young Professionals Board.

Justin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and a Bachelor of Arts in government from New Mexico State University as well as a Master of Education in management from Arizona State University.
