  Oversee a grant from DDS and MCCEO to recruit direct care workers in any program that is fully or partially receiving monies from DDS. Certificate program open to any member of direct care staff, where they can accumulate college credits (22) through seven college courses that are heavily subsidized by DDS, students pay a co-pay of $50 per course. Completion of all courses leads to a certificate and the option to transfer all these credits into one of our Human Services Associates options, Career or Transfer options available.
