Professor Hao's lectures were boring and she was a bit hard to understand. PowerPoints are on the blackboard. So attendance is not mandatory but is given as extra credit. Three exams were all open book but very difficult though. It has nothing to do with his sample tests. She allows you to opt out of the final if you have a C or higher.
