  I was Associated National Forensics League Coach for Twin Cities League Tournament. I was awarded an Assistantship to teach the introduction level of Speech Communication. I did the coursework in one year (1988) and completed my thesis later to continue with high school teaching and eventually teach college courses concurrently. My thesis studied music as rhetoric in presidential campaigns.

  I participated as student and student directore of Speech and debate. I student taught while directing high school students in the one-act student directed plays. I enjoyed literature and Shakespeare and the classics while I practiced analytical skills and engaged in creative writing process.

  I do individual work with people seeking spiritual journey as they unpack life experiences. I am certified by the St. Benedict Monastery and meetings may take place at the College of St. Benedict Spirituality Center. The work is non-denominational.\nI do large group sessions on Contemplative Listening and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. Sessions are priced on a sliding scale.
