I absolutely love to teach and perform research. Teaching allows me to grow and learn with my students because I always learn something new on a daily basis. The greatest aspect of being an educator is to observe an individuals growth from the student that entered the institution of higher learning. I never miss a day of work because my students' development is very important to me. I hope to continue to grow within the field of higher education and improve upon my weaknesses because I am focused and beginning to move forward with the plan of becoming a college president.
