  Design and deliver strategic leadership to build a better-than-best-practices career development center for students and alumni by fostering high-performance teamwork, innovative programs and service delivery, and partnerships with preferred employers.   Co-Chair, Annual SUNY Career Development Organization Conference

  Provide strategic and operational direction in the development and delivery of annual conference attracting 100+ persons; Liaison with site managers; Oversee budget and contractual obligations, marketing, sponsorship outreach.

  Director, Beth Robinson Judson Leadership Center

  Provide comprehensive leadership education opportunities with an emphasis on empowering young women to lead authentic lives as change-makers; coordinate and spearhead special leadership initiatives for young adults; foster relationships to support Alfred University's history, mission and vision.
