This class requires a lot of hard work. He gives one weekly journal and textual annotations about a reading done throughout the week. He also gives two projects done mid-semester and during the end of the semester. I highly recommend this course because it's straightforward. He's also always available for help.

I totally enjoyed Prof. Watson's class. If you aren't used to writing and reading a lot, it can be quite a bit of work, but he is very helpful and understanding. If you do your readings, he makes class interesting and enjoyable. He is a fair grader and he treats students the same way you treat him.

Prof. Watson was very understanding and caring esp during those times that I went through some personal things. Reach out to him if you have questions because he will really help you. If you like nerdiness and sarcasm, you will like him. He's very funny. Overall, he's very chill and I'm actually glad to have taken him for my first semester.

There is lots of reading and writing but once you get into the swing of it, it isn't too bad. The things that will cause you grief in this class include coming to class unprepared, having side discussions during class discussion, and if you wait too long for the project. He is a nice guy once you get talking with him and he is a fair professor.

Professor Watson's online class was great and easy. It has a great deal of reading and writing. The readings were engaging and understandable, though I did not like the horror section. The writing was extensive, but if the prompt was followed and the responses were engaging.

Professor Watson is a fantastic way to get into college comp. He will give you the tools you need to succeed in his class, and the ones after, as long as you put in the work. If you get your work done early and submit it, he will give you good feedback. Plus, there is a chance you will go over your work in class for feedback if you submit it on time!

Professor Watson made his class lectures optional. So, you don't have to go to class. However, I highly recommend that you not miss any of his classes. Reason is, the reading discussion and doing the weekly journal. You must ask questions when doing major assignments. This is to make sure that you clearly understand what he specifically wants in the projects. Just do the reading, participate in the lectures, then you will do fine.

Professor Watson apparently enjoys what he does career wise, and obviously cares about his students. Despite the fact that this was an online course, he was still extremely included and offered assistance whenever I required it. He met with me on various occasions at my request to assist me with tasks and was consistently glad to do it.

Professor Watson is a very humble, kind and an overall wonderful educator. I took my first online class this semester and he was very active in helping me with anything I required. On numerous occasions I went to him to find support with certain tasks and he was continually ready to help me in anything I required.
