I’m truly an education veteran now with over 20 years of higher education experience, including experience working at Valencia College, Seminole State College, and the University of Central Florida in a variety of academic, technology, and student affairs departments.

Many of my years in education include overseeing large budgets, supervising large departments, innovating online learning, integrating new technology, and managing numerous projects.

I’ve had a passion for teaching for over 14 years now, including teaching courses on social networking, educational technology, student success, and marketing.

I enjoy serving on various nonprofit boards and leadership teams helping connect our community, tell their story, and share my passion for social good.

As a blogger, influencer, and content creators, I have extensive knowledge in social media tools, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WordPress, YouTube, LinkedIn, SlideShare, Google+, Hootsuite, Buffer, and other emerging technologies.

As a lifelong learner, I have a Master of Arts in both Instructional Technology and Educational Leadership for Higher Education, including a graduate certificate in e-learning.

Speaker, training facilitator, and consultant for numerous educational institutions, nonprofits, and companies in social media, marketing, technology innovation, online learning, and entrepreneurship.
