I am currently an Associate Professor in the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities' Ph.D., M.A., M.Ed., and B.S. programs for Human Resource Development. I also serve as the Program Coordinator for the graduate degree programs in Human Resource Development and Adult Education. As a scholar of Adult Education and of Human Resource Development, my areas of specialty include: (a) racial, ethnic, gender, and sexual minorities; (b) learning, identity, and organizational culture; (c) critical HRD; and (d) publishing and professional development.
