My documentary film Love and Other Stunts got a new name--Danger God--for DVD/Blu-ray/stream release. Meanwhile Rondo and Bob was completed in 2020 and is set for the film festival circuit once we get past COVID and have film fests again. Check out the trailers below.

My nonfiction specialties include film (former industry columnist for The Dallas Morning News, Austin American-Statesman and The Austin Chronicle) and literature. My articles have appeared in Variety, Texas Monthly, Texas Parks and Wildlife Magazine, The Dallas Morning News, Austin American-Statesman, San Antonio Express-News, Houston Chronicle and The Austin Chronicle.

I'm an award-winning fiction writer and associate professor at Austin Community College. I sometimes work one-on-one independently with creative writers who are completing novel-length projects.

For the last eight years+ I've taken photos every single day. My photos have appeared in exhibits, Texas newspapers, the cover of The Austin Chronicle, the web site of Consumer Reports, Makeshift Magazine and on the covers of the Texas Poetry Calendar and an upcoming textbook. I'm a member of the international Elephant Gun photo collective.
