Awful

Do NOT take Professor Jewell's class! The tests aren't multiple choice so you have to memorize over 200+ terms. Everyone is set up for failure if you take this class. I am a junior and I've never had a class that was so hard. He is unrealistic in his expectations of students. Maybe if you were only taking his class and nothing else it would be possible.

Awesome

Jewell is an awesome professor who is knowledgeable in his topic. His class is difficult, and you have to study what he says so that you can pass. Those who come in with a negative attitude will complain about the class. Jewel accepts all opinions without prejudice, and those who don't succeed didn't put the work in.
