    Intermediate Photography \n\nThese classes were designed and geared for Photography majors rather than the general student population. As such there was a heavy emphasis on presenting work for critical discussion and review in addition to traditional film and wet process darkroom techniques. \n\nDeveloped syllabus and overall course structure

    including weekly lab practicum

    and administered all grades.

    and Design III\n\nManaged as many as three concurrent sections with different instructional needs and goals during the same class times. Fine Arts I focused on an introduction to the traditional wet process darkroom

    while Fine Arts II honed skills in the traditional darkroom and alternative processes while developing a portfolio. Design III focused on special problems and individual projects geared toward putting the students on equal footing with their traditional university peers.\n\nInstituted a collaborative learning process allowing upper level students to share their knowledge with the lower level students

    thereby reinforcing the lessons for all groups. \n\nModerated group critiques allowing students to become familiar with the process of presentation and criticism in the fine arts world.
