Good

Don't believe the reviews, they're most likely from people on their phones the whole time. He's not a scary teacher though, just a tough grader and very specific. The class is easy if you just do the work.

He's pretty amazing! I took ENGL 1301 and ENGL 1302with him. He's very flexible on deadlines and he would even drop a few assignments to help students out. He also allows you to choose whether or not to present for the final. Textbook is pretty useful! I'd certainly take him over again.

Awful

This professor started his class with an almost all-caps inbox, which I feel are red flags. Even though it was an online class, he tried to force us to attend Zoom lectures on Monday and Friday from 9 to 11 a.m. His expectations are low because he doesn't utilize proper grammar in his own articles and mails. This class felt like a joke to me.
