Awesome

Jorge is a super easy grader. He gives 4 quizzes, a midterm and a final all on blackboard. He sends out PowerPoints for all the tests. You must attend every class meeting. If you skip his class, you may get dropped without further notice.

I loved Professor Marquez. He's one of the few professors that I would show up to class for. He went thoroughly in all the lectures and made the class entertaining. The class just had a couple of easy papers and one group presentation. An easy A.

    Master of Arts (M.A.)

My graduate studies in History at FIU focused on Modern European History and the relatively new field of Historical Memory - the nexus between historical events and how they are remembered. As such

my graduate thesis centered on the Spanish Civil War - an event that has received little study

but was significant in that it was a dress rehearsal for World War II.\n\nThis training has provided me with unique insights that are indispensable to my studies in National Security by allowing me to have a greater understanding of the beliefs and attitudes that drive terrorist activities.
