Class was very difficult to keep up with due to the accent, mumbling over slides, and then telling you the material that he was incapable of explaining would be on the midterm. The midterm itself was insanely difficult, and it did not help that the material was specific, as picking up on specific things was difficult due to bad lecturing skills.
