Poor

Prof. Jonathan is nice, but he's not a good prof. He never gives a straightforward answer to questions. His grading is quite hard to follow with where points are taken and not taken off. He simply recites the textbook examples and he doesn't provide feedback on homework unless you go to his office hours. Wouldn't recommend him for Dynamics 1.

Good

If you want a good instructor, take Dr. Beaman. His classes are easy to follow. The tests can be difficult though so be sure to study. 70% of the questions on the test will come from the book. Be ready to work, he gives a lot of homework. However, he is still one of your best choices for this course.

Awesome

Professor Beaman puts lots of time into helping students succeed, with several SI sessions per week. He's very helpful during office hours too. He does four tests in class. The third is the difficult one. On the other hand, all the tests were like the homework. This is engineering, so you'll have to study. But he made statics easy to understand. The final is okay, it's nothing you haven't seen.
