    The Gray - Vignettes

\"What's past is prolog...\" the Re-Earthing of an old tale...\n\n Synopsis of the \"The Gray\" vignettes\n\n The Gray is an attempt at capturing an ominous metaphysical state that can be generalized within the context of a color palette-Gray. Its what occurs in a borderland where young people from different socioeconomic places are directly and indirectly linked to each other and how those relationships homogenize into the metaphorical ether of young minds plotting and puzzling the trajectory of their lives. Although specific to the cultura and essence of the region

the themes of these poetic vignettes are shared by the 20-some generation worldwide.\n \nThe story unfolds via a series of vignettes

elliptical rather than linear segments that construct our lucid and poetic narrative. A cast of characters that lives off of the residual

    cultural

and allegorical ramifications of the early years of the new millennia-with regards to the dialogue regarding the attempt to define generation X-and the exciting potentials of this New America and how they define the undefined movement that will trickle down into generations to come.\n \nThis consciousness is told through the eyes of the border-dwellers of Chucotown & J-town

    (El Paso/Juarez borderplex)

an otherwise ostracized and disregarded territory dipped in the stigma of cartel violence and the wild west delusions of cowboys on horseback and rolling tumbleweeds. A very unique dynamic plays off and within the spirit of these people developing their own here in this beautiful-raw

photolytic territory of what is the Frontera.\n
