Awful

I cannot believe that Professor Carter is still terrorizing students. I took a similar database course from him more than 30 years ago. And I can say that he was by far the worst instructor you could possibly put in a classroom. All our assignments and test results were only returned to us after we wrote the final exam. His reason was if he would return those early we would know the answer on his final exams.
