I completed my Doctorate degree ( Ph.D) in Marketing at University of Nebraska-Lincoln under the supervision of Dr. Les Carlson (former president of American Advertising Academy) and is an Associate Professor of Marketing at Valdosta State University in Georgia. My research specialty is fashion advertising and consumer culture. I have published in many academic journals such as Journal of Macromaketing, Journal of Advertising Reseach, Journal of Current Issues and Research in Advertising, Qualitative Market Research, Journal of Global Fashion Marketing, International Journal of Consumer Studies, and Journal of Business Strategies etc. In addition, I am an active member at AMA, ACR, Macromarketing, and SMA.
