Awful

I've never hated a class more than the class that I took under Professor Sams. She did not explain anything clearly. When you go to her office hours, she expects you to know everything. Even reading the textbook won't help. Also, she's not answering our emails. She's a very tough grader, even if you go to her office hours.

Awesome

Jessie is my absolutely favorite professor I have ever had. She can be difficult but is understanding, she's very passionate about the material and incredibly smart. Plus, she knows how to teach! I wish she taught every class at SFA. My advice: read the syllabus like a bible, go to office hours, and be honest. Very difficult but so worth it. 100000/10!

Awful

She's a tough grader. Be careful, because if you turn in anything that doesn't fit her exact format, she'll give it a flat zero. No second chances. Honestly, if you want to learn, you might do better with a different teacher because it's so discouraging when she marks down every single thing you try to submit.
