This is a fun and easy free elective. Class is weekly, which includes cooking and lecture. You get to eat whatever you cook in class. There is one group project, one paper, one technology assignment, two exams and one online final. There is extra credit available on every exam. You'll pass easily if you show up, participate, and do the work.
