Awful

Professor Sweatman is the first teacher I've ever rated. There was lots of reading and homework in her class. She's also a hard grader. I would not recommend her if you like your GPA.

With 16 years full time teaching experience in higher education and a current role working in student services and administration, I have learned how to combine qualitative assessments of student progress with data-driven decision making to improve student outcomes.

Along with teaching and research, I have experience with curriculum development, program and course-level assessment, event planning, grant applications and administration, and overseas travel experiences for students.

As a detail-oriented professional with strengths in context, input, and empathy, I strive to be as thorough as possible in delivering accurate information to clients and students and as intuitive as possible in determining other needs a client or student may have.

As an advisor in the David Eccles School of Business, I have greatly improved my Excel skills and my familiarity with Salesforce (CRM), Qualtrics (Survey Building), Higher Education tools such as People Soft and Canvas, and the scheduling program, Acuity. Through professional education and academic coursework at the U, I am enhancing my knowledge of information systems, statistics, and advanced Excel, with the goal of pivoting my career trajectory into a more data-driven analytical role.
