I am a GALLUP-CERTIFIED STRENGTHS COACH and CAREER COACH skilled in teaching college students, MBA's, mid-career professionals, and career-changers to connect with opportunity and position themselves for promotion and change.

My coworkers and students call me a MASTER NETWORKER because it’s always my goal to help students connect to that one person or strategic opportunity that will open doors for them. I see myself as a BRIDGE-BUILDER between the folks I’m helping and the people who can get them there. Teaching people to connect using LINKEDIN is a passion.

I am a RELATIONSHIP BUILDER and my clients know I genuinely care about their success. If I can encourage someone to know they can reach their goals and give them real tools to do it, I’ve succeeded.

At my core, I am a COMMUNICATOR. I love to listen and explain complex concepts. I can do this ONE-ON-ONE, in a PRESENTATION, on VIDEO, or in WRITING.
