Our Owner has been an accounting and tax professional for over 25 years working with small, medium and large international corporate accounting and finance environments.

His accounting and finance career began in a $300 million company. Responsibilities included financial reporting, cash flow analysis, financial forecasts, corporate budgeting and financial support for cost centers with combined expense base of $40 million. After gaining valuable experience in international corporate accounting and finance, Jan established a state licensed CPA Firm in 1993. As Principal Owner, his responsibilities include client management for a variety of accounting engagements such as Audits, Reviews, Compilations, Tax Planning, and preparation of Federal and State Income Tax Returns for Individuals, Corporations, and Partnerships.

Jan also manages Controllership Services for a software developer, construction contractor, and a manufacturing company. Prior controllership engagements include a venture capital firm, retail clothing company, restaurant, and international machine manufacturer. In addition to traditional Controllership Services of accounting and financial statement preparation and analysis, this service includes international consolidations, annual budgeting, monthly forecasts, and state and local income, sales and payroll tax compliance. Cash forecast models are developed to determine funding issues of new ventures and on-going entities used to assist in securing bank and venture capital financing.
