I had Prof. Dawson both for lab and lecture. Be prepared to read the lecture textbook to prepare for exams. You'll fail if you only study what he lectures about. He was amazing but it's quite hard to learn from him. His powerpoint presentations are simply pictures. For lab, he would really make you work for your grade. To get an A, I suggest you memorize and do good on quizzes.
